    I recently tried to buy something from Tesco Direct. On the day it was supposed to turn up (a week later) I had a phone call asking if I had received it. When I said no, I was told to order it again. "Can't you send me another one?" .... "No"

    Incredible that businesses (especially in this "economic climate") just haven't wised up to the simplest of ideas. In this case TescoDigital lost my business to Amazon and to be fair I was only tempted to Tesco in the first place by their keener pricing than Amazon.

    As it turned out Amazon responded and dropped their price. So despite the aggravation and hassle (mind you it sparked a few posts) I got the album cheaper, Amazon got my business and TescoDigital lost this deal and ALL future deals until they give me a reason to re-trust them.

    Ah well.
